A middle-aged woman seemed sheepish as she visited her gynaecologist.

"Come now," coaxed the doctor, "youve been seeing me for years!

20pences and this morning there were 5pences! Youve got to tell me
whats
wrong with me!," she implored, "Im scared out of my wits!"

The gynaecologist put a comforting hand on her shoulder.
