Ill also say "After you", either male or female, I normally find its the upper management that dont say thank you, then I will say a sarcy "Oh, Thank you" Might explain why the upper management dont like me to much.

I just hold doors for people but you get it wrong occasionally and the person approaching has to do a gay little jog or you have to stand there looking like a pillock.
