Hi gents and ladies if any these days

I have a Merc W123 Estate Ambulance we are bringing in from Europe to sell on, i need some nice wheels photoshopped onto it and it be lowered on them with an S and L added to ambulance to make Slambulance as i want to sell it on Ebay but have a picture of what it could look like done.

Can anyone help me ?

Payment would be the obligatory bit of staff discount on car parts as i run the Internet Sales Department for a breakers.
