I would recommend NOT buying from Asda Online.

I ordered a game for my Xbox 360.  It took 9 days to be dispatched despite being in stock.

However, upon recieving the game it was evident that the Microsoft Certificate of Authenticity had already pealed off.  You can tell because the corner of it had the signs someone doing a crap job of trying to peal up the corner to get it off.  So, imagine my lack of surprise to find that the game disc is missing.  This is surprising since it was apparently dispatched from their warehouse on Guernsey/Jersey (I cant remember which one).

Good work Asda, you really know how to screw your customers. :)

Could have been customs or the posties rather than ASDA? Unless the packaging the game was in was totally untampered with?

To date Ive had a silver ring from America go missing in the post. At least 2 months after it was posted the Royal Fail called me to tell me they had a package for me but the contents were missing. And at least that was insured.

And the other time was a custom made plush zombie hamster from a special effects guy in America I got on ebay. That just never turned up, full stop. Never got my money back or anything :(

Eggtastico

so the coa had been tampered with & you still opened it?

Privateer

no complaints here, I expect Ive had 20 deliveries, in that time Ive had 1 dented can.

Ive had one totally screwed up delivery from Asda, they split the load over 2 days with no prior notice, and the food was generally a bit poor quality. Ended up getting £50 out of them (on a £100 order) so i was happy :D ... ... And took my money to Tesco!

Serious

This can be done by others. TBH Ive had a game go AWOL recently from play, nothing turned up at all. But they replied quickly enough are send a replacement out :ptu:

Complain like hell to them and get them to send a replacement. And next time check for damage/opening before signing for a parcel.

Oh, if you didnt sign just tell them it didnt arrive.

The package it came in was sealed/untampered with, only the CoA showed signs of the corner of it being tampered with.  How am I to know if anything is missing until I open it? :)

I have complained, if I dont get a reply I will phone them but since its Easter weekend Ill have to wait a bit longer.

I find this very concept alarming, yet facinating. Its a shame you never got it so we cant demand a picture!
