if it isnt a job interview but you still want to look smart-ish then just wear trousers + shirt or maybe chinos + polo shirt (not jeans though - jeans are never smart)

if it is a job interview then tie + jacket too - even my previous place where you could wear shorts, flip flops and a vest in summer would expect candidates to arrive in a suit for interviews

Or a boiler suit, or denims, a hard hat and a T-shirt. Depends entirely on the job you are being interviewed for.
