Where you either half fall asleep or totally under and in that dream state you fall off a cliff or a chair or a bike or shot etc... And you wake up and you have that exact feeling when you just lost your balance on a chair or ledge and you get the flutter and jolt and try to grab something..
I just had that and thought how interesting it was really because your fine but a dream produced the exact same emotion and reaction as if it was real, certanly puts the matrix into a warped kind of perspective as well as how you can see hypnosis working.
Bit of a random post I know
i get this most nights its weird, my mate did it sat next to me just as a plane we were on was landing scared the sh*t outta me cos i was half asleep meself.
Jaimz
iv only had this a few times, once kicked the end of my bed... which hurt :(
I seem to recall reading somewhere that the reflex come from trying not to fall out of trees when we were asleep.
I had a dream the other night where a police woman really wanted to have intercourse with me. It was interesting.
I think it should be possible to buy dreams from people.
WTB : Sexy Police Woman dream! PST / paying well.
And then it ends up like those adverts in futurama ><
when i was in hospital after breaking my leg, the first time they stood my up I passed out... I only went from standing to sitting in a seat with my chest on my legs..... but i thought i was falling off a building or something... I shouted help as loud as i could.... nurses came running from all over the place :o
what ever came of all that carry on ? I dont remember
He was shortly checked into the psychiatric unit ;)
:D
Thats pretty interesting..
I think its something to do with your body kind of being in a "limbo" between conciousness which gives the feeling of falling.

I had to go to the coroners court (because the guy who crashed into me died)
it was a total joke... the CPS said it wasnt my fault, the police stood up and said it wasnt my fault, witnesses stood up and said he was driving like a nut, the police file showed that it would take me ~12sec to get to where I was when he hit me and less than 4sec for him to go from being just in my line of site to hitting me, and once Id started to move I wouldnt have had time to stop no matter what..... then the moron of a coroner said it was all my fault !!!
so I had to go to a magistrates court, where it got really complicated... they said it wasnt my fault, but my solicitor convinced me to plead guilty and pay a £100 fine instead of 6k in legal fees...... (my actual solicitor didnt turn up... the insurance company sent someone else Id never met before.... was a total mess, wish Id just paid the bloody fees tbh!)
