Nearly. They let me put random things in liquid nitrogen and then drop them on the floor

I was also using a Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometer, which instantly vapourises chemical samples and analyses the spectrum of light coming out, its kinda explosion-esque.

Maybe if I ask nicely this year theyll me blow something up. Getting access to 100mol hydrogen peroxide was a perk, made it so much easier to bleach some skulls I found whilst out doing some fieldwork

Needless to say, the work last year was the first lot which I woke up each morning looking forward to the days activities. Ive not had many jobs, but the pay was alright, and I enjoyed myself, and I was doing something good. I should really aspire to more than an RA, but its just ideal. You get to do all the fun science stuff, and dont have to worry about the boring hard statistical analysis stuff

get away from it. your in the niche where your whole life is still based around your own homelife.

Wake up. Look at your home life, think what your dads wage is.. Think how much you need to earn to live the life
your now comfort to......

Yeah, its a toss-up between saving wages and moving out or saving wages and going travelling. Both will be an adventure haha.

So far I think its 50:50 between moving out and travelling.

In travellings favour, if I move out, itll take me much longer to save the money to go travelling

Travelling is moving out imo, and you dont need to save much wages to do it. Work your way around the world, old school style.
