Games wise it is just a lull after xmas, the actual hype games are more this year then they were last year

Also note how the 360 people are already seeing better fps then the ps3 and has exclusive extra content out of the box and through xbox live

I will definitely be getting this for my 360, had the special edition ordered for ages and these screenies looks absolutely spanking :rock:plus I need a bag for the gym 8-)

Xbox or PS3 fanboy it doesnt matter, its just a fact that the 360 version has alot more exclusive downloadable content and rockstar have said in interviews that the game runs better on 360.

Think Im just doing what I always do and waiting for this to come out on the PC. I could never get the hang of using a controller to play GTA games.

screenies look good, but they look like cut scenes. Hopefully the gameplay looks as good.

Indeed. Although I wonder if this will actually see a PC release, and even if it does itll be the usual Rockstar 6 months later type of affair. Not that Im complaining, Id sooner they take the time to do a proper version rather than port it straight across and introduce a lot of bugs, but it just means I have to run around with my fingers in my ears shouting "LA LA LA LA" very loudly whenever anyone discusses GTA IV.  8-)

I would rather play a GTA game on PC too, but if I do ever get an Xbox (the idea Ive now postponed even longer since Ive spent a fortune at the garage) this would be a must have purchase regardless.

I dont do computer games (except for GTA games) - seriously aside from bully (also by rockstar) they are the only games I play.

I cant wait for this to come out - tbh.. Ive done everything you can do in San Andreas pretty much and the PS2 ports of liberty city stories and vice city stories were OK for a bit but quite frustrating to play after san andreas.

As for the controller thing - Id agree that PC was better for most of the previous games - especially when manually aiming with say a sniper rifle (mouse/keyboard combo is far superior)

However in san andreas the auto targeting was much improved compared to the GTA3 and vice city games + the PS2 controller is far superior for use in aircraft and probably also has a slight edge with cars and bikes too.

1. Of course it matters, if you got jerking and fps issues then yeah it matters, ROFL
2. Already been talked about and linked on these forums and just re-iterating that in the comments in a new thread with your links with Rockstar even admitting to it, but again already discussed on these forums, if you choose not to pay attention to these then its your problem which you do seem to have    
3. A  very quick google will pull up links on the delay of the game due to the ps3 version not being up to scratch, early impressions and fps issues and the google I just did to check before I made this comment even has the rockstar quotes on the first page of results

A very quick google will bring up links to Game Spot / IGN any major magazine playtesting the PS3 and 360 versions.

Im fully aware of the delays.  Its the final product that matters.  

The point is this is just another nexus "Ill take this opportunity to throw in my opinion as if I know something everyone else doesnt without the need of  any kind of evidence moment which you really are terrible for taking criticism for.  PS3 bashing, Vista Bashing, whatever it is it really is just unhelpful uninformative posting.
