I dont have any interest in getting a PS3. Few of the games appeal and I love online gaming which, atm, the Live! service is the nuts.

Hoping to get my hands on a Data Transfer cable soon *nudge* but until then I am still using the small HDD from my original box.

Got to say that Ive noticed quite a big improvement in picture quality; HDMI seems to give the best bit from both Component and VGA (good s colours + clear/sharp pictures).

Pleased with my spend. Now I just need my other back so that I can stick it, some accessories and 9 games on fleaBay to try and recoup some of the cost

Dont forget to re-download all your arcade games etc (it just generates new DRM licences) once youve done the transfer, otherwise you cant play them without being signed into live.

Elites rule, easier to keep clean as well although extra controllers that are black costing more is down right silly. You noticed that it is quiter? My elite was quiter then 2 of my friends even with one bought at the same time just about (couple of weeks apart he got a normal one)

You were right about the DRM on the XBLA games. You cannot play any game that is copied across when youre offline. It doesnt make any difference if you delete the game and then re-download it either :s
I was tempted, for about 0.0001 seconds to stick my game saves on a memory stick, blat the HDD and start again...until I remember that was what I wanted to avoid in the first place

Did you sell everything? Was interested in a game and controller

m8, itd cost a fortune to ship to you on the other side of the world. Besides, I really want to sell it all as a bundle to maximise income and minimise hassle

Actually it is not. Already got a few things sent, 4 dvds were in actual fact cheaper to send to here then it was from my m8es house to Leicester, lol.
