Is there a site where I can find out whats on every UK channel at 1pm on a Monday? Any old Monday would do. Im after like a well-known regular show like Neighbours (is that still on in the day?) or that Diagnosis Murder thing.

Get the free version of digiguide called Digiguide Lite.  Standalon app.  The full version is worth the money in my opinion due to the extra features which you just cant get with a web based one, and it will run alot faster than a web based tv guide.
