you send it to canon AFAIK as it is under a 90 day canon warranty

The company have apologised and have offered to send me a plug adaptor for free which I cant complain about! Not heard anything back from them yet so we shall see if one arrives..

yep - did the same thing with me - adapter arrived fairly promptly
