I recently bought a 500m fixed super telephoto just for fun.

I was standing on the top of a bridge and took this of a guy sailing on the river below.

Doesnt look like Im much higher than him but Im about 30 metres higher.

what brand of lens?

That or one of the cheaper mirror lenses, I had a Centon 500mm for a while but my 80-320 zoom was better to such an extent that I got a better image by cropping the centre from the Pentax lens than using the Centon.
