Once the thread has been started peoples entries have to be posted in that thread. Each entrant is only allowed ONE POST in the thread to cover ONE IMAGE that he has entered.

Deadline for all entries will be the 28th of the month that it starts on, leaving a few days then for Voting to take place and the winner to be declared.

I suggest that the winner picks the next theme by the 1st of the next month, so 2 days of voting start on the 28th... winner declared on the 30th June... by the 1st of July the winner will post another thread following the format as mentioned above, replacing the THEME with his/her chosen theme.

Those are the rules for entry - C&Pd from M3TAHEADs post..

Entry is now open for June 06.

Deadline Midnight of June  28th.

Post your entries below.

Well have the theme of Movement.
Examples of movement could be motion blur, camera moveing( camera toss etc), light painting, objects that are visably going to move etc

Good luck.

P.S. Each winner will go into a gallery, which ill host... so weve got a decent collection of pictures, if thats ok with everyone?

Dating data will be needed too so be careful to preserve this if possible. exif is data that is inserted into photographs by digital cameras

If your picture is regarded as too big it may be edited to just a link by a Moderator, there is no upper limit on picture size.

copyed from Badabing post and edited where needed

I had set the pool to run for 3 days from the 29th, so we should close tomorow or today with just 7 votes cast ?

Serious

I was thinking of moving it to GD to see if we could roll up some more votes but its up to you. Looks like Nos has won this one and we need the theme for the next thread anyway.

Alien8

yea GD voting insnt a bad idea for next months

M3ta7h3ad

not a bad idea to be honest, im also still for a overall "photographer of the year" competition as well.

Use Votes as points, then just total them all up as we go sorta thing... that way we can have a proper leaderboard and stuffs! :D

redneck

i am torn between brummies and noss pictures.

i love the colour in brummies, yet the subject in noss pic is also curious to see the process of taking it.

excellent pics. im not going to divulge to much as it is a secret vote.

Nos

It was taken using an Olympus E-500. The shot was a handheld pan (I think at 1/60th) as the car drove past.

It looks more like brummie has won it now, roll on the next competition :)
