It was good on the bike, I kept to a nice, even pace, not too fast and just kept plugging away to see how I could do. All the way through it I felt fine, no problems at all, then I slowed and did a few mins recovery before getting off. It felt a bit tight when I got up to 130 so I backed off, didnt want too much stress.
And then I tried to walk and felt like The Mummy
There was no warning that I might be overdoing things at all.
I was hoping to start off doing 10km every couple of days but I might have to lower my expectations during the first few weeks depending on how I do.
