I have a severe bias towards Golfs, but if it had to be between those two then the Focus.

It's all fun and games until a 200' robot dinosaur shows up and trashes Neo-Tokyo… Again.

both horrible cars..
not driven an astra for about 5 years though.
Had a focus about 9 months ago. horrible thing
Currently have a vectra which is 100x better, but not as good as the mondeo I had in between.

I Personally wouldnt touch a Ford or Vauxhall if I had the choice.

I would say Ford, my sister had 2 mobility cars when she was looked after my Mum, when we looked at getting the first and then replacing it Ford had the best deals out of the main manufactures (that was around 3 years ago) .

That site you linked is not the best tbh as it isn’t updated to often IIRC, go direct to a dealer and see what they can offer as the big manufactures can change the list of cars offered and spec quite often weekly depending on stock levels.

Also IMO be willing to put a advanced payment down if you can get a decent upgrade out of it, last car my sis got she wanted a Fiesta, the one they had on offer for no advanced payment was a bottom of the range 1.25 or 1.3 which was really basic, but for a extra 100 quid advanced payment she got a pretty well specc’ed 1.6, it had air con, climate pack and a few other bits and bobs over the basic car, over 3 years 100 - 200 quid is nothing if you can get a far nicer car out of it.

Kunal My sis also likes Golfs, when we were sorting out the first mobility car they wanted 1200 quid advanced payment for a basic specc’ed one! lol

Honda want a £799 advance payment for a motability civic with a 1.8 engine. I mentioned the 1.4 and the salesman said its underpowered.

Looked at the Mazda 3 yesterday, fully equipped and no advance payment

I quite like the look of the Toyota Auris or the New Fiat Bravo (both in black)

He would, wouldnt he? Less profit for him if you get a lower powered engine.

Astra dual fuel. Get LPG and save on fuel costs.
