For those who dont know its a pressup plan which in theory gets you to be able to do 100 straight pressups in 6 weeks time.
I started this today. I managed 18 good form pressups in the initial test but failed to do the day 1 routine fully today. Managed 4 of the 5 sets then only 5 of 9 pressups on the last set.
Going to keep following the routine and hope I catch up.
I think ive seen it on here before.
