I wanted to pimp my car a bit, so I did this a few weeks back...
(Same thing on drivers door.
I got some fur, from guess where, and then got some other supplies, such as Velcro (stick and sow) and I had the idea of sticking the Velcro to the door and the middle arm rest section and then sowing the other side of the Velcro to the fur.
I couldnt use glue as I got the wrong type of fur, you have to have fur with a certain type of backing.
So I did about 6 hrs of sowing (I dont sow much so it took a long time) and then took a few mins to stick into position.
I am happy with the result, although Id consider a harder wearing material for the middle arm rest as its wearing down only after a few weeks.
The pile on the fur is about 12mm long.
