Maybe not :D

Sweden were dirty and should have had several more yellow cards
Hate teams that have to do that cause theyre crap.

Take it like a man.

Sweden had three attempts off the bar that you should count as lucky misses. ;)

Sweden scored because they were hungry, and Englands defense screwed up big time. A card here or there wouldnt have made a difference.

Take what?? pointing out somat that is true

What ever happens on the field fouling aint part of play.
And coming close aint good enough, we were sh*t and probably more so than the other two matches. Still couldnt beat us

Sven made some sh*t discisions and a sooner hes gone the better.
Why crouch even got to go to germany is way beyond me

Will people start to get realistic?

2-2 after leading twice against a piss poor swedish side... Argentina or Holland or Spain would masacre the Swedes, we were literally soiling ourselves against them...

Poor.

your wrong. Sweden did well, just we were worse. First goal of ours would beat nmost. second goal was probably one of the few mistakes they made.

No, Badabing has it spot on.  We will not beat Argentina, Holland, Spain, Germany or Brazil playing and defending like that.

Yes we scored good goals, but if we cant defend our lead we cannot win.

8) watched some from work :( but saw all goals coles first was nice, The goal bars saved england from a loss. Sweden played well in the second half and put on a lot of pressure in the last part.
Next Germany, we will be lucky if we play even aginst them..

Sven has proved once and for all that he is a complete and utter, unadulterated TOOL.

When Owen dropped like a sack of sh*t to the floor at the start he shouldve, there and then, put on Walcot. No faffing, no fannying. Walcot is there as the 4th striker, so he shouldve used him. Instead though, Sven the knob, brings on Crouch (w/ 1 Yellow card). Crouch didnt start because of his yellow card, but 1ish mins later thats no longer a problem. If Crouch hadve been booked, hed have missed the next game and wed have been royally f**ked for the next round.

It was obvious that Rooney wasnt going to last the 90 and so that was another obvious chance to let the youngun have a runout...but again Sven the Pleb decides to risk our advancement in the later stages by fielding Gerrard (w/ 1 Yellow card). At this point I started yelling at the TV, I am expecting an evicition notice for agressive behavour to follow ;)

Im quite willing to eat my words as Gerrard scored but tbh, Id have rather seen our 4th striker get a runout and not risk our key players who had yellow cards.

Still, we still looked sh*te so god knows what the hell is going to happen from now on.

what?

we score spectacular goals, so we should win? how does that work?

were not technically good enough to score a goal then keep the ball - this is what international football is all about - getting a goal, keeping the ball and hitting on the counter attack. and weve lost Michael Owen - so crouch plus Walcott are our only true strikers... its looking ominous.

we could score a goal like coles against argentina, but could we defend against Saviola, Crespo et al? i dont think so...

He wanted to win, bringing on two proven goal scorers as opposed to resting them and playing an unknown formula proves that he wanted the win.

That and the fact that in the post-match he pretty much admitted that winning the group was very important.
