Im sure itd be possible, but Id bet itd cost a fair whack too.
Youd need to find a suitable sc & then probably get custom manifolds to fit it & then work out a way of hooking it up to the crank with the right pulley ratio and then get it tuned.
/I know theres a few tricks for reducing lag (like fitting a smaller turbo) but I dont know the details, it may be worth googling a bit - also theres probably the Pug equivilant of
Vmax lurking somewhere.
