Sure weve done this a 100 times before, but with all the recent board problems I thought its the perfect excuse to do it again :)

The usual backing - your stuck somewhere (take your pick, desert island, on the moon) and for some odd reason youve got a piece of equipement capable of playing the following with an infinite power supply. If you could pick 10 albums, 10 movies and 10 TV shows which would you choose?

Changed a couple of my TV choices... god knows how I forgot TG, its literally in my top 3.

Also after watching the penultimate episode of the Sopranos Ive chosen that as well.... damn thats good. (in terms of the complete story arc/choice of shots&music and general character psychological breakdown)

Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country was better than First Contact, IMO of course. Insurrection was probably the best scripted of the next generation films.

To be honest we could spend many hours arguing the varying merits of the films but in the end this is personal choice, if he prefers Nemesis then who are we to argue ;)

I have read loads of novels over the years, and then I would have to include my own books - which were specifically written to take in my preferences - and practically nobody else has even seen a copy...

I think that rules out me being impartial for books ;)

Although we havent had a recently read thread for a few months so you might want to start one of those :)

I will say that Tolkiens books would not be represented in my top 100 list of favorite reads, let alone top 10.
