360 - I had to tempt fate....
on: July 19, 2007, 23:04:50 PM
Posted on another topic earlier how i havent had any problems with my xbox.

So i get home from work. Thought id boot up COD2 to see what its like, then i get some horrendous noise from the DVD so i pop it out incase it gets scratched. Put it back in and the Tray kept coming out.

Unplugged the xbox. Back in. Tray stayed in. "Unplayable Disc"...ARF!

Does this mean my lasers gone or what??

What do i do? It was brought from play.com @ crimbo.

Call Microsoft, the warranty has been extended to three years worldwide.

And you either get it fixed and the issue parts replaced and sorted or a new one with all the issues addressed.

You can detach and keep the Hard Disk, that doesnt need to be sent back.

http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/support/contact/

You will need to quote your consoles serial number, along with date of purchase.
