IBM have their own version for employees to use, as well as just having a chat ideas will be passed on and problems solved during its use.

Its not intended for big project management directly, there are specialist programs for that, but it certainly does help the company to run efficiently. It will be used by team members to contact each other and keep everyone up to speed though.
