Right so recently ive got the use of a 21" LCD HDTV with VGA input, so i thought id use it as my xbox TV and as a second monitor using dualview. Problem is that the monitor doesnt work properly, it seems to be just blue and green input and no red, I can change the colour settings of blue and green but red does nothing at all. I have no idea how to fix it or whats actually causing the problem, so any help would be greatly appreciated

btw first monitor is a 22" samsung LCD running 1650*1050 or something, and the 2nd is currently running 1024*768 but its not showing the whole desktop, the sides and bottom + top are missing and as i said its green
