Firstly I know its an old machine and I should upgrade but Ive got PCs that are fine so this is just a bit of fun really. I have 2 x Emac G4s (1s mine, 1s the good ladys) and we use them for itunes, syncing iphones and ipods and web browsing. They are absolutely great except for playing Flash. You Tube, BBC iplayer, even planetf1.com are just unusable unless I downgrade them to flash 9, and even then theyre opey at best. Theyre old machines but spec wise were looking at 1ghz+ cpus and up to 2GB of RAM - I just thoguht theyd be able to handle this a bit better? Anyone had any experiences of this or have any suggestions? Or should I just take them to the tip and stick with the laptops lol??
