Hard Drive Diag Software

Anyone know for any Diag software that work with Vista x64 & not somthing that needs to boot of disk?

Tried Seagate seatools but it aint compatible.

Going to give that one a try.

Did find one which found no errors.

Problem is I have 5 drives & no idea which one it is
