Old Educational video / public service announcement about safety?

A friend at work has said about an old video they were shown whilst at school a few decades ago. He thinks it was called "10 little indians" and basically is a video of 10 children on a farm dying in various ways after doing things like falling in a slurry pit, or putting their fingers in their mouth after touching some pesticide etc.

Ive been trying to find it on tinternet but am having no joy, anyone else know of it or can find it?

That kinda thing yeah, but I think this would have been a video from the 80s (hes nearly 40 I think)
