powerline adapters and a switch?

anyone know if you can put a switch into a powerline adapter so you can put more stuff through it?
Im thinking my internet tv, xbox and Freesat HD PVR box but dont want to have 3 powerline adapters plugged in, or to even buy 3extra.

Yep, works fine.  Set my mate up with his Media PC, and Xbox under his TV.
