For people whose game runs too fast, I recommend using the opengl driver available from
here and use the following settings in your UnrealTournament.ini

The key option will be the frame rate limit. Other options should make it look ok.
Also, if you are using the Game of the Year edition with the high resolution texture CD also add this in the OpenGL section of the UnrealTournament.ini
