I havent played the original UT in quite a while, but I play UT2004 all the time, usually have a quick blast against some bots up to say 150-200 frags on my lunch time.  And I usually have a quick half hour 250-300 frags before I go to bed most nights.  Find it a good way to relax and take my mind off things, just bung on some headphones with some music blaring and have a blast, great fun.

Clock and I were easily as good as him after a while.  I used to enjoy defending the flag.  I was quite good at it.

Admittedly I was always alot better at Quake than UT.

I was always better at Quake too, I can take Sam down 1v1 on that (Q3 at least...)

Id love to get back into it, but I dont think Sam will want UT running on a client server so anyone got any host ideas?

I tried setting up a server but I couldnt connect.  Empty server sounds like the next best bet.

You were connecting outgoing and incoming on different ports wernt you?

I dont have control over ports. :)  I was hoping it would just work ;)

I have searched and I cannot find anything that would tell me how or if I am able to.  Plus I suspect it would be a tad CPU intensive :)
