1 Thing Id like to buy...

...is this house:

Now it looks a total mess, but Id love to have that to mould into my own. And over the years 2 bedroom it somehow.

Houses in that street do not go for £35K! That is a VERY cheap house and if structurally sound, Id say £20K, new kitchen and bathroom, would look great and sell for ~90K+ in several years when the market has recovered.

I just dont have the cash/credit right now :(

It might take a very long time for the housing market to recover, I suspect its going to continue downhill this and into next year simply due to the fact the properties are overpriced still.

The way house prices are dropping and everything else is going up, give it 6 months and youll be able to pick up a house for £2.50 but youll need a mortagage for the pint and crisps.

Im not, I dont really share my ideas with the tek group anymore. I just note them down and find sensible ways to acheive them, or toss them in the bin.

^^ you should share them !

people alway used to tell me that my ideas were crap/wouldnt work... and some of them were crap / wouldnt work... but I figured something out or changed them around a bit and make them work !

once youve got a few things that work under your belt people take you more seriously....

now when I buy things like 40yr old engines on ebay and tell people Im going to run it on lard giving us free heat and selling power back to the national grid they say "oh right" and waddle off instead of laughing at me :D

Nah, I keep them to myself, most of them wouldnt work and for some simple reasons and not so simple reasons they just wouldnt work.
