No, Im not bringing it back. Just feeling sentimental and putting off further revision!

The animations are still on my site, though not the current version

AA Pt.1
AA Pt.2
AA Pt.3
AA Pt.4: Act 1
AA Pt.4: Act 2

Im just curious who remembers some of the avatars been and gone. And whether anyone had an idea on what was going to happen next. I cant remember if I ever said or not, though Im pretty sure I said I had a plot mechanism for bringing everyone back so that I could be fair and kill everyone before bringing them all back hehe...


...and I still cant believe how crap they were and how I managed to make5 episodes of uber poo...

Kunal, KingAdora, Eagle, Ice Kay, PheonixFlame, iggy, Mongoose, mattscott, Nimrod, and big steve out of those not mentioned

They certainly wernt that bad, had the voices been better it would have polished everything up and moved everything along smoother, still funny though, knighty makes me laugh everytime :rofl:

I always thought the voices were part of the charm, so bad they were funny. Or were they just so bad?

The question is, would it have been any better if we had people doing their own voices, do we really want to hear a load of geeks muttering things into dodgy microphones?

What I meant was, I like the dodgy voiceover style voices, just that its a little unclear and muddled in parts.

If youve ever seen Garth Merenghis Dark Place thats the kind of dodgy voiceoverness I mean  :mrgreen:

Yeah I have, tis great!

And yeah I guess I get what you mean. Still cant complain for the freeness of it all. At the time there werent many decent web based text -> voice things that were free on the net I think.

How times have changed, theres loads of apps that do it now *shrugs*

Guess its time to go retro on my avatar again ;)

I found that avatar just after I joined Sams original forums, its been with me, on and off, ever since.

Certainly didnt cause the uproar of the girly ones.
