Hmm gonna have to go with Wispa here. Milky Way are good but theres something special about a Wispa.

Sorry but though there is no real set time for the voting, I would like to think the amount of time given, 12 days, was enough for all the votes to be placed. I doubt had I said "voting ends in 1 day" those votes would have suddenly been placed either.
