To send ringtones from one phone to another without bluetooth?

The last phone i bought new was a 3410, and since then i only really had work phones, so im a little rusty!

My phone has the crappest ringing tones on it, but being a phone without bluetooth i got no idea how to put some on, other than buying a data cable
