I encountered this problem the other day, I still dont know whats going on and no, the posts are not pruned they are all still there, if you use the search function they are still accessible.

Ideas/help/suggestions more than welcome! Ive edited the topic title in the hope someone can shed some light on this.

Server break

Due to a RAID controller break, all HDs from our webserver crashed. Were working on to restore our backups.
Thanks all for the understanding.

I guess we wont be getting an answer for a while :D

As for the initial problem, I am thinking that somewhere an option has been switched off :o

It looks like this software navigates pages by dynamically passing a "first thread" on page value. Then the software loads from that thread number to the maximum threads per page.

i.e.
This loads from the first post up to 32 threads max per page:
http://www.tekforums.co.uk/forums/show/0/1.page

This loads from the 32nd thread to the 64th...
http://www.tekforums.co.uk/forums/show/32/1.page

There should be a link in the top right of the screen that allows you to jump between the pages of threads in each forum...but its gone !

They were, lol.

I now know why we using these forums, but tbh this has more security holes then the others :/

Anyway, i think the actual page code is missing or broke. Bottom blue bar of the section page, you can hightlight in the bottom right hand corner. Since the jforum site is down i cant tell if this is where page numbers is ment to be or not, but seems to me its just missing

If you take a look at the screenies on sourceforge it looks like forum page navigation should be in the top right.

Thread page navigation is in the bottom right.

Although I have no idea how upto date sourceforge is.
