That place looks awesome Rivkid, how long has it been open? If I was up in Yorkshire still it would be worth the drive to try it out sometime, but its too far now though. I'm always on the lookout for decent restaurants that aren't chain places or run of the mill, the problem is all the most notorious tend to be in London like The Hawksmoor egg pointed out.
There's a really nice italian restaurant up that sort of way near Ormskirk called Quattro's (at least it was excellent the last time I went which is going back about 4/5 years now)

I'm going to splash out on a decent bottle of wine too, no point doing things by half measure when its not something you get to do every day.
