My suggestion is to go watch a few horror films set in the forest before going, such as Eden Lake

I watched Open Water before going on my first blue Water liveaboard dive trip. Its a pants film but the cowboy attitudes of the Egyptian boat crew didnt help (reversing into the group of divers waiting for pickup by the rib...?)
