Really interesting program.

Im only 57", was a lazy teenager, ate shed loads.  Never became obese.

4 years ago I started working out.  A typical week for me now is weight train 4 times a week, badminton twice a week(usually for 2 hours at a time), cross train twice a week(usually for an hour), cycle(13 miles a day) to work 3~4 times a week(not this week though :D) and just started weekly football tonight.  I dont think I eat all that much more, probably about the same plus the extra 100g or so of whey protein each day.  My weight has barely gone down, if at all.  Though there is definite changes in my shape, less fat, more muscle.

So, Ive gone from two extremes on the level of physical activity while maintaining my eating habits but not drastically affecting my weight.  Seems to tie in a lot with what the program was saying.  I.E. the body "knowing" its ideal weight and trying to maintain that.

Unfortunately, Im not one of the lucky people that has this natural reflex to not eat when full.  I can just keep going and going if I want :D  I love food.

Surely now all fat people will claim to have the fat virus?

watched it, I just really envy the guy whos body deals with excess food by turning it into more muscle. Would be so cool to just sit and pig out on food to build muscle instead of actually having to work out.

Hmmmm..... :D
