Watch is back for a 3rd time.
It is in exactly the same state was when I sent it off, even though I described exactly what was wrong and where, leaving the impression that they didnt even bother to either look at the watch, or read the attached information.
So an email of complaint has been sent to the service centre highlighting the farce that has been an £80 service, and depending on the response itll also be forwarded to the head office.
Stupid thing is itd actually have all been ok had they detailed at the start that due to the nature of the problem they could not guarantee removal of all glass fragments. Had they said that I wouldnt have bothered and would have cut my losses there.
Moral of this story is, never, ever, buy a citizen watch.
