Never had a single problem with Play in well over a hundred purchases over the last 6/7 years since they were play247.com

If theyve offered a full refund why so angry? (or did I miss something and now look really dumb!?)
Career, Wife, Mortgage... my sig was better when it listed guitars and PC's and stuff!

They shouldnt take the cash until the product is dispatched according to their terms and conditions.

Aye, I ordered a book that was out of print, they never took any money so I never cancelled, 6 months later I remembered and cancelled the order.

Ive had this that happen to me twice before where you order an item that says it’s in stock they take your money for the item, then they find out its not in stock after all, then when you go to cancel the order because of this the cancel button is not there because your order had been processed before the stock was checked.

Bad stock managment imo.
