I wasnt personally in favour assuming the focus of the forums was going to change, but if the only change is going to be an additional Tekheads related section then Im more in favour.

voted no but only because its nice to be able to list other suppliers when someone asks for a machine.  As long as people dont get jumpy about us listing the cheapest suppliers etc when asked what to buy then its cool.

A few other forums who are linked to one shop started introducing rules where you couldnt mention other companies or link system components from them which gets annoying pretty fast.  No company will be the cheapest on everything.  Common sense says most of us would send people to tek anyway but it would be uncool if it were imposed...

So long as it is simply an additional section to the techincal side of the forums rather than the focus of the forums, (which has allready been made clear), then yes I am all for it.

It wont bother us as long as it is not posted in our own Sub Section, be good for us too to keep our prices low, we offer price matching anyway so should be able to match almost anyone out there

thats cool then - its usually in general hardware where people ask for suggested systems anyway so shouldnt be an issue then.

Realistically if tek stock it most of the members on here price match using you guys anyway.

So people can still post links to any suppliers. This will never be ocuk
