Tension / stress relief
on: March 09, 2008, 13:25:50 PM
Ok...just curious what you guys do to unwind.

Everyone that knows me knows Im a worrier. I stress out about everything. Well, 2 months till exams and the end of my degree, Diss due in in a month, fair to say the stress is overkill.

So much so that its possibly gone and got me prostatitus or something else related *down there* (A constant minor urge to urinate is not pleasant when one of your newfound favourite pastimes is walking in the countryside (And yes I am seeing a doc about all this)). Whatever it is, likely cause is constant tension of my pelvic muscles >< So, in a bid to get this under control Im wondering how people unwind. Whether its relaxation techniques or herbal remedies, please do share.

Listen to music all night.  Or hit the gym, either works for me.

Anything vaguely competitive.
"Within your 'purview'? Where do you think you are, some f**king regency costume drama? This is a government department, not some f**king Jane f**king Austen novel!"

Given the option...
Sex or just snuggling up in bed.

Failing that, frantic masturbation :D lol dude you have a dream ailment. "Im awfully sorry sexy nurse... but I appear to have tension in my pelvic muscles, just wondering could you help me work it out?"
