Not really, he would have to service hundreds of women a day at least, meaning that sooner rather than later hes either going to pick up something like AIDs or his dick is going to turn green with gangrene and drop off. The latter will probably kill him too. At which point the law vanishes.

a virgin wont have STDs and anyhow the mingers clause allows me to just pick the best few each day and discard the rest as mingers

Aids can be transmitted by sex, unclean needles (as used in drugs), or a blood transfusion. And there are sufferers in the UK who have *never* had sex.

OK not many but theyre here.

Anyway by 18 they will all have made sure they have been well and truly seen to so they dont have to bother. How would you stop them? :P

cos it will be Illegal & not all women in the UK are quite as loose as Geordie girls.

As for the AIDS thing - there is the mingers clause as Ive already told you so and smack rats/chavs etc.. who are likely to have got it will be dismissed
