1) Build more prisons and toughen up the regime. Get the armed forces to help the police catch criminals if there isnt a war on and theyre sat around on their arses. Give them tasers. Murders and rapists will be supplied with buckets before they get on their prison ships. Holes will be made in the hulls of said prison ships once over shark-infested waters.

2) Do a house swap with the Queen. Why should she have the palace?

3) Get rid of buses except for schools and around major cities, and swap them for people carriers. Train sniffer dogs to detect BO, pee and poo smells and have them bite any smelly person that tries to get on.

4) Fat tax. If you fat because you eat too much crap you aint using my NHS for fat-related issues unless you pay a surcharge. So any food that aint healthy gets +30% tax. Healthy food gets -10% tax.

5) Put in place a system whereby registered voters are entitled to vote on stuff over the net so I can just sit back and chill in my palace.

There wouldnt be  a need for any money. Instead everything is done through a stamp system... controlled by the state obviously ;-) - Want a Mobile phone.. fine, mobiles for everyone. Want the latest mobile phone? that will cost you in stamps youve earned. Stamps are for luxury goods.

So stamps are exactly the same as money then.

You would be better of to abolish income tax & have a sales tax instead.

Not only will that tax the fat bastads, but it would also tax those who earn their money on the side doing cash in hand work.. as well as those earning money by selling drugs, knocked off gear & prostitution.
