Title: Bike Helmets
Post by: DEViANCE on March 25, 2009, 22:13:58 PM
I want a new helmet as my cheapo RST one is like a wind tunnel and very whistley and getting on my nerves.

What are the best when it comes to wind/noise/quality but I dont want to spend stupid money, saw some for £400+ today  :gag:

I like the Caberg ones with sunglasses built in, anyone got experence with Caberg?

Cheers

Iv got a shoei Raid II with the whisper strip add on, works well but most would recommend ear plugs regardless of what helmet you wear if riding at speed.

A helmet is bad enough, ear plugs = deaf.

It is recommended that you wear ear-plugs at all times when riding at speed as ear damage is a very real thing, long as you are sensible and check around alot (which most bike riders do automaticly) its not a problem.

Ive got a Shoei Raid II back home and love it.
