Pug 206 GTI (180BHP) for £1500

Anything i should look for / do to make it nicer/run better? :P

It goes like Stink and im surprised i can fit in it at 6ft 8, it has the manifold rattle like my 307 had its a common issue with the inner manifold that needs to have its ends welded.

Overall im happy, did i mention it goes like stink :P

Sell it?

All the quality cars I showed you, and you go for that....

For shame.

timing belt isnt hard to do on those - make sure and do the tensioner and maybe the water pump at the same time.

getting it done right is absolutely critical, as those are as sensitive to improper tension and setup as the mi16.

2.5 hours should see it.

So tempted by a cheapo luxobarge, its the running costs I doubt I could live with though.

They are nice looking cars, quick and pretty big too.

the legnum VR4 is good, but in my experience - not reliable at all.

subaru legacy GTB twin turbo is good and cheap, but suffers from a valley of death in the power delivery.

What is the budget?
