After almost exhausting all the available options, I was just about to settle for Virgins car insurance. They quoted me Ã,£801 for my 1.8 Astra Sport, 6 points and 2 years NCB.
I went into Vauxhall with a mate so he could take advantage of my "Trade Club" Discount and I saw an advert for Vauxhalls own car insurance.
Me and my mate decided it was going to be quite expensive, but decided to get a quote for a laugh.
I wasnt laughing after entering all my details and exact excesses that the other policy had.
Ã,£714 a year, including the small premium for paying monthly,
 and that includes a courtesy car.
So guess whos getting my hard earned wedge :D
I found direct line was the cheapest by far for me!!
