I must admit I feel a bit of a fool saying that.  The only reason I say that is because the fact Hamilton has come into a year with the best team, best car, best engine and squandered it.  I dont blame it on his abilities simply his lack of experiance under pressure.  That chance may not be there again.

I say it in the sense that he could end up stuck with McLaren with a fantastic or average car next year.  As good as a driver is he only makes 2-3 seconds difference a lap, I think that was the estimate of what difference Alonso would make in this years Renault.

Jensen is a driver of immense talent, but has never had the tools to show whether he is capable of it or not and has been dimissed by the media as since.  The Honda has either been par average or shocking in past years.

I say that not in his abilities in a driver, in no comparrison to Jensen, simply what might happen to him.  I hope that makes sense.

I have no doubt Hamilton will win a championship given the chance with experiance.  But I do say keep an eye out, its a big pond and I can see other talent emerging.

Heikki Kovalinen/ Robert Kubica being two names to watch.

The problem with Jensen is, apart from being British, he has nothing to set him out of the pack.

You can speculate all day about the reasons, but whatever they are, Lewis is a marketing mans dream in a sport run by marketing men. That alone will be enough to guarantee him a drive worthy of his talent during his career.
"Within your 'purview'? Where do you think you are, some f**king regency costume drama? This is a government department, not some f**king Jane f**king Austen novel!"

Serious

Can this wait until tomorrow? I have run out of popcorn    8-)

McLaren  have the best car out there bar some tracks where the Ferrari wider stature is helping them in the turns and McLaren thought they had the fuel advantage and not quite did it like they have in the past

I am sure McLaren will be there again, in the past it has been terrable reliability and they seem to have that licked now but it will be how much the smaller pit lanes will punish them in the season
