QuoteSo in case your not familiar with the car its a 1990 BX 16v, totally stripped out and lightend, top end rebuilt about 500 miles ago, fully road legal, mot till august, new clutch, 4 new tyres, has run a 15.5 sec quarter at the pod on crap tyres and with no real setting up. I would imagine it wont take a lot of work to get it in the mid 14s.

Now the bad stuff;
At the moment its in bits after the bad day I had at marham last month. It needs a new crank sensor but I would sort this out before selling it.
It has absolutley no creature comforts, no heater, no carpets, no dashboard and only one window which opens. After driving it up to norfolk on a frosty october morning I can safley say its best for summer use only.

However, the sheer fun of driving this thing totally outwieghs any of that.
In the summer I was using it for work every day and its such a quick car and no one expects a ratty old citroen bx to blow there doors off.

Actually even scrappies have started paying decent money and collecting to, i remember a few years back that if it came up in the conversation you wanted a collection done, they would just laugh it off.

Low scrap prices = GOOD

It means you can get parts for old cars now that money hungry scumbags and gypos arent scrapping them.
