You will be doing more than that. There is normally a 10% leway to take into account speedo inaccuracies.

Good luck  though!

its supposed to be 10% one way, speedos arent supposed to underread.

get a GPS device and check how accurate your clocks are, you might be surprised.

I find the GPS indicates that you are going 2-5 mph slower, 5mph slower towards 60-70mph.

Funnily enough....

Double flash is stereotypically supposed to mean the camera is able to nab you, usually single flash otherwise  :P
I managed to drag a guy in a Volvo estate through one the other day; theres 2 separated by about 3 miles at Auchterarder on the A9 - this guy was hanging about behind me in an annoying way and kept clinging on if I sped up or slowed down. After he stoood on the brakes when we approached the 1st one (which he clearly didnt know was there), I was already well away on full throttle. As I was slowing up, with no brakes, for the second one he was steaming up behind and had no chance of slowing down

I used to work in a police central ticket office. They are unable to issue a conditional offer of fixed penalty (a ticket) unless you were exceeding the designated speed limit by > 10% +2

That means to get a ticket in a 30 zone you MUST be travelling at or in excess of 36mph, otherwise it is unenforceable.

It is also important to remember that the safety camera technicians CAN set a camera to be triggered at any speed, however when the film is viewed if the distance travelled in the time between the 2 flashes is less than required to fall into the category of 10% +2, you will not be issued with a ticket.

Hope this helps
