Go to garage, get spare gray/silver single speed chain.
00:10 unpackage chain, add two links to fit bike. Install.
00:12 Gleefully spin pedals backwards, expecting many happy revolutions.
00:12:05 Raise eybrow when cranks do not spin even 1/4 turn.
00:15 adjust chain tension several times till it dawns that the bottom bracket is frozen.
00:16 Cursing.
00:20 Remove crankarms.
00:25 Remove circlips.
00:30 Bang out spindle with a mallet.
00:40 Bang out press fit cartridge bearings with mallet and punch.
00:45 Remove bearing seals with razor.
00:55 Flush bearings with kerosene.
01:10: Degrease in sink
01:20 Dry with blow dryer.
01:21 Pick up.
01:21:10 Drop as theyre HOT.
01:21:30 Cursing.
01:25 Repack with grease, install seals.
01:35 Wang back into bottom bracket with an oak board.
01:40 Install spindle and circlips.
01:50 Install cranks.
01:51 Realize that spindle is in backwards.
02:00 Cursing.
02:15 Fix mistake.
02:20 Finish installing chain.
